Mid Shore Community Mediation Center's Volunteer Mediators are highly trained, professional, and effective.
Each volunteer completes a minimum of 50 hours of training in facilitating mediations and many complete much more through advanced training and skill development opportunities.
We have more than 30 active volunteer mediators who come from all walks of life. Eight volunteers are listed on court rosters for court referred matters and eleven have been certified through performance-based evaluations from Community Mediation Maryland or the Maryland Council on Dispute Resolution.
