What is mediation?

Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process in which two neutral

A community mediation is conducted by highly trained volunteers.
Community mediators guide the participants through a process that helps

to both.

Mediation is sometimes called Alternative Dispute Resolution,
Conflict Resolution, or Dispute Resolution.
